Swimming Coaches Development Through Reflection, Learning and Training Practices: A Worldwide Survey

Dear all,

We’re conducting worldwide research aiming to analyze inter- and intra-personal skills, evaluation, reflection, and training practices of high-level swim coaches, aiming to qualitatively investigate their developmental process. We'd love to hear your opinion on the questions carefully selected after a pilot study on high-performance swim coaches. The survey should take approximately 12 minutes, and your responses are completely anonymous.

You can only take the survey once, but you can edit your responses until the survey is closed on April 24, 2022. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
